Vishay General Semiconductor High Current Density, Surface-Mount, High Voltage Schottky Rectifiers deliver robust performance for demanding power‑conversion applications. These rectifiers are available in a low‑profile SMPC (TO‑277A) package with a typical height of 1.1mm, making the rectifiers well‑suited for automated assembly and compact power‑supply designs. The Vishay components incorporate guard‑ring overvoltage protection and high‑barrier Schottky technology, enabling high reliability, low leakage current, and operation at junction temperatures up to +175°C.
