Texas Instruments LMR34206-Q1 Ultra-Small Step-Down Converters

Texas Instruments LMR34206-Q1 Ultra-Small Synchronous Step-Down Converters offer integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs and a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 42V. The LMR34206-Q1 provides optimal efficiency and output voltage accuracy using peak-current-mode control. The device offers flexibility via precision enable, allowing a direct connection to the wide input voltage or precise control over device start-up and shutdown. The requirement for an external supervisor is eliminated using the power-good flag with built-in filtering and delay, resulting in a true indication of system status.

The LMR34206-Q1 is available in a HotRod™ package, which enables low EMI, higher efficiency, and a small package-to-die ratio. The device requires few external components and has a pinout designed for a simple PCB layout. The LMR34206-Q1 small solution size and feature set are designed to simplify implementation for a wide range of end equipment. The Texas Instruments LMR34206-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
