Vishay Semiconductors FRED Pt® Gen 5 Hyperfast Rectifiers
Vishay Semiconductors FRED Pt® Gen 5 Hyperfast Rectifiers are optimized for high-switching speed even under extreme conditions. These rectifiers feature 1200V reverse voltage, low conduction loss, low switching loss, and high-junction temperature ranging from -55°C to +175°C for enhanced reliability. The Gen-5 hyperfast rectifiers are specifically designed to improve the efficiency of PFC, output rectification stages of EV/HEV battery charging stations, solar inverters, and UPS applications. These rectifiers are perfectly matched to operate with MOSFETs or high-speed IGBTs and are available in TO-220AC and TO-247AD packages.Features
