Kingbright APGF0607G32B33R23 LED is a compact 0.65mm x 0.65mm x 0.25mm RGB SMD LED designed for full-color indication applications. The hyper-red source color device is made with an AlGaInP-on-GaAs LED, while the green and blue source color devices are made with InGaN LED technologies. The APGF0607G32B33R23-05 LED features a colorless, water-clear lens that supports high brightness of 250mcd for green, 50mcd for blue, and 30mcd for red at 5mA. Its wide 140° viewing angle makes it suitable for uniform light distribution in compact devices. The APGF0607G32B33R23 RGB LED is ideal for backlight, status indicator, home and smart appliances, wearable and portable devices, and healthcare applications.
