Pilotes LED 2 A TPS92515/TPS92515-Q1

Les pilotes LED 2 A TPS92515/TPS92515-Q1 de Texas Instruments sont des régulateurs de commutation monolithique compacts intégrant un MOSFET à canal N à faible résistance. Les dispositifs sont conçus pour les applications d'éclairage LED à haute luminosité où l'efficacité, une large bande passante, la gradation PWM et/ou analogique et une petite taille sont importantes. Le régulateur fonctionne à l'aide d'un contrôle constant du temps mort et du courant de crête. L'opération est simple : après un temps mort basé sur la tension de sortie, le temps de fonctionnement commence. Le temps de fonctionnement prend fin lorsque le seuil du courant de crête de l'inducteur est atteint. Les composants TPS92515/TPS92515-Q1 peuvent être configurés pour maintenir un niveau constant d'ondulation de crête à crête pendant les périodes de marche et d'arrêt d'un cycle de gradation FET shunt. C'est idéal pour maintenir une réponse linéaire sur la plage entière de gradation FET shunt. Les composants TPS92515 et TPS92515-Q1 disposent d'une plage d'entrée opérationnelle jusqu'à 42 V. Les TPS92515HV et TPS92515HV-Q1 offrent des options à haute tension avec une plage d'entrée jusqu'à 65 V. Les composants TPS92515-Q1 sont homologués AEC-Q100 pour les applications automobiles.
