I-temp CFexpress Memory Cards

Exascend I-temp CFexpress Memory Cards support CFexpress Type-B form factors and integrate high-speed PCIe Gen 3 x 2 interface with 3D TLC NAND flash memory technology. These cards offer up to 1TB capacity, high stability, reliability, high I/O, and throughput performance. The I-temp CFexpress memory cards provide ultimate performance and reliability over traditional hard disk drives. These cards can achieve up to 1800MB/s for sustained read, 1200MB/s for sustained write, 300,000IOPS for random read, and 250,000IOPS for random write. The I-temp memory CFexpress Cards include only semiconductor devices, which help the device exhibit superior performance, ruggedness, low power, small form factor profile, and high capacity. These cards employ a single-chip flash controller to manage multiple NAND flash memory modules. The controller works with a host system to allow data to be written to and read from the flash memory modules via a PCIe interface.
