Würth Elektronik WSEN-PDUS/WSEN-PDMS Differential Pressure Sensors

Würth Elektronik WSEN-PDUS/WSEN-PDMS Differential Pressure Sensors allow measurement of the pressure difference between two vertical pressure ports. These differential sensors feature a MEMS-based piezo-resistive sensing element and an ASIC integrated into a ceramic substrate. The WSEN-PDUS sensors include on-chip calibration, temperature compensation, and signal conditioning, providing highly accurate digital and analog pressure. These sensors feature high‑accuracy, fully calibrated 16‑bit outputs and flexible ranges from ±1kPa up to 1000kPa. The digital pressure data can be accessed by interfacing the sensor with the host controller via the I2C interface. Würth WSEN-PDUS sensors function with a 3.3V or 5V supply voltage and are ideal for use in inhalers, fume hoods, gas leak detection, HVAC, and filter monitoring.
