Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP® SMP Zener Diodes are surface-mount power voltage-regulating diodes offered in a high power density SMP (DO-220AA) package. These diodes are ideal for automated placement and come encased in 3mm x 2mm x 1mm space-saving size. The modules operate within a -65°C to +150°C temperature range. Other features include RoHS compliance, low Zener impedance, low thermal resistance, and a low regulation factor.
