SparkFun Audio Boards

SparkFun Audio Boards are audio IC development tools that provide easy power control and sound-triggering options. These development boards offer an allowance to add custom sound effects with less hardware/firmware and require minimal set-up. The Noisy Cricket stereo amplifier uses the LM4853 Boomer® IC that can be configured to 1.5W output power in mono operation. This stereo amplifier also offers 300mW output power per channel in stereo operation. The Little Soundie audio player and Papa Soundie audio player are fun and easy-to-use audio playback devices breaking out the VS1000D audio codec IC. The VS1000D is a single-chip OGG Vorbis player system-on-a-chip (SoC) that offers various controls and audio applications.
