Silicon Labs EFM32 Jade Gecko MCUs
Silicon Labs EFM32™ Jade Gecko family provides a powerful 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M3 and a range of peripherals. The peripherals include a unique cryptographic hardware engine that supports AES, ECC, and SHA. The Jade Gecko 32-bit MCUs also include an ultra-low current active mode and short wake-up time from energy-saving modes. The Jade Gecko MCUs are ideally suited for battery-powered applications and other systems that require high performance and low energy consumption.Now available, EFM32JG12 Jade Gecko MCUs combine low active current consumption, enhanced sleep mode capabilities, and integrated security features. This enables the next generation of secure, battery-operated IoT products. A large 1MB flash with dual-bank architecture and in-field update capability enables even richer applications that can be updated after product deployment.
