Qorvo QPL9095 Ultra-Low-Noise Bypass Amplifiers

Qorvo QPL9095 Ultra-Low-Noise Bypass Amplifiers feature high linearity with an integrated bypass mode functionality. These low noise amplifiers (LNAs) are optimized for a 500MHz to 1000MHz frequency range and are targeted for wireless infrastructure. At 900MHz, QPL905 amplifiers provide 22dB gain, 33dBm output IP3, and 0.6dB ultra-low noise while drawing a 50mA current rating from a 4.2V supply voltage. The QPL9095 amplifiers are internally matched using a high-performance E-pHEMT process. They need four external components for operation: a single positive supply, an external RF choke, and blocking/bypass capacitors. The QPL9095 LNAs are ideally used in base-station receivers, mobile infrastructure, tower-mounted amplifiers, repeaters/Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and general-purpose wireless systems.
