Vishay VJ Series Commercial MLCCsVishay/Vitramon VJ Series Commercial MLCCs include C0G (NPO) and X7R/X5R dielectrics and a wide range of capacitance values, case sizes, and voltage ratings. The C0G (NPO) dielectric in the VJ Series Commercial MLCCs from Vishay is an ultra-stable dielectric that offers a very low Temperature Coefficient of Capacitance (TCC) and low dissipation. Other VJ Series features include excellent aging characteristics, wet build process, and Reliable Noble Metal Electrode (NME) system. The C0G (NPO) MLCCs have capacitance range from 1pF to 56nF and voltage range from 25VDC to 1000VDC. The X5R/X7R MLCCs offer capacitance range from 120pF to 6.8µF and voltage range from 10VDC to 1000VDC. NOUVEAU ! Vishay/Vitramon has expanded the VJ Series Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitor (MLCC) product line to include the VJ X8R MLCCs for high temperature in commercial and automotive applications. The VJ X8R dielectric maintains capacitance at high temperatures up to 150ºC for frequency stability. |
