Vishay Fast Recovery Avalanche Rectifiers
Vishay Fast Recovery Avalanche Rectifiers offer a low profile, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability. These avalanche sinter glass diodes are primarily used for conducting in one direction and blocking in the other. The fast recovery avalanche rectifiers are glass passivated pellet chip junction constructed. These rectifiers feature controlled avalanche characteristics and fast reverse recovery time. The RoHS compliant rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and meet UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. Vishay Fast Recovery Avalanche Rectifiers are applicable for use in high-frequency rectification of power supply, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes for consumer, automotive, and telecommunication.Features
