Vishay BZGx Zener Diodes
Vishay BZG03C-M, BZG04-M, and BZG05C-M Zener Diodes are high-reliability diodes with unidirectional polarities. These diodes are configured in a single circuit and fit onto 5mm SMD footpads. They operate at a voltage range of 3.3V to 270V and are wave and reflow solderable. Vishay BZG03C-M, BZG04-M, and BZG05C-M Zener Diodes are housed in SMA (DO-214AC) package. Models with "P/N-M3" are commercial grade and those with "P/NHM3" are AEC-Q101 qualified. BZGx Zener diodes are ideal for voltage stabilization and protection from high voltage, high energy transients.
