Vishay General Semiconductor 1N400xGP General Purpose Plastic Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor 1N400xGP General-Purpose Plastic Rectifiers incorporate a glass passivated chip junction and Superectifier® structure for high efficiency and reliability. The 1N400xGP Rectifiers feature a low forward voltage drop and high forward surge capability. These devices also offer low leakage current, with a typical IR of less than 0.1μA.

The Vishay General Semiconductor 1N400xGP General Purpose Rectifiers are offered in a Halogen-free, RoHS compliant DO-41 (DO-204AL) package with a -65°C to +175°C operating temperature range.
