Toshiba Brushless Motor Driver ICs
Toshiba offers a broad range of fully integrated drivers that can simplify many low-power designs, semi-integrated controllers with gate drivers for medium-power applications. These driver ICs are highly configurable controllers for a wide range of voltage and power designs with flexibility. - Sensorless sinewave drive offers cost-performance operation ( applicable to TC78B011FTG)
- 1 hall sensor input for 3-phase brushless driving
- Advance Current Detection System (ACDS) - eliminates sense resistor saving cost and board space
