Toshiba Brushless Motor Driver ICs
Toshiba offers a broad range of fully integrated drivers that can simplify many low-power designs, semi-integrated controllers with gate drivers for medium-power applications. These driver ICs are highly configurable controllers for a wide range of voltage and power designs with flexibility. Toshiba solutions are suitable for sensorless motors typically found in low-inertia rotational devices such as fans, pumps, and vacuums. Toshiba solutions also control sensor-based motors such as robotics, mixers, shredders, grinders, power tools, garage door openers, exercise equipment, and more.

- Intelligent Phase Control (IPC): it aligns the driving motor voltage and current in phases that optimizes the power delivery to the load with high efficiency across the operating speed range with simple tunings
- Closed-loop speed control: a feature that automatically regulates the preset speed without the need of external MCU and peripheral components
- Current monitoring function: monitor and output motor current to external host for actions without any external components
- Sensorless sinewave drive offers cost-performance operation ( applicable to TC78B011FTG)
- 1 hall sensor input for 3-phase brushless driving
- Advance Current Detection System (ACDS) - eliminates sense resistor saving cost and board space
