Texas Instruments TMP302 Pin-Selectable Temperature Switches
Texas Instruments TMP302 temperature switches in a SOT563 micro package offer low power consumption (15µA maximum) and ease of use through pin-selectable trip points and hysteresis. The TMP302A, TMP302B, TMP302C, and TMP302D require no additional components for operation and can function independently of microprocessors or MCUs.
