Texas Instruments INA199/INA199-Q1 Current Shunt Monitors
Texas Instruments INA199/INA199-Q1 Voltage Output Current Shunt Monitors are commonly used for overcurrent protection, precision current measurement for system optimization, or in closed-loop feedback circuits. These devices can sense drops across shunt resistors at common-mode voltages from –0.3V to 26V, independent of the supply voltage. The INA199/INA199-Q1 comes in three fixed gains (50V/V, 100V/V, and 200V/V). The low offset of the zero-drift architecture enables current sensing with maximum drops across the shunt as low as 10mV full-scale. These devices can operate from a single 2.7V to 26V power supply, drawing a maximum of 100µA of supply current. All versions are specified from –40°C to 105°C and are offered in both SC70-6 and thin UQFN-10 packages. The INA199-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
