Taiwan Semiconductor TSHA2101CQ Integrated AMR Magnetic Sensor
Taiwan Semiconductor TSHA2101CQ Integrated Anisotropic Magneto Resistance (AMR) Magnetic Sensor supports both 2-wire and 3-wire applications for cylinder position detection. When coupled with a magnet, this integrated AMR magnetic sensor transforms into a non-contact switch with low power consumption, high sensitivity, and high reliability. The TSHA2101CQ magnetic sensor uses System-In-Package (SIP) technology that builds an AMR sensor and Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) in one IC. This AMR magnetic sensor operates from a 3.3V to 30V supply voltage range and ≥4kHz operating frequency. Typical applications include packing machines, automation electronics equipment, semiconductor equipment, textile machinery, pull-up and pull-down load devices, and pneumatic drill machines.Features
