Skyworks SKY66x-11 Linear Power Amplifiers have fully matched amplifiers for WCDMA or 3G/4G LTE applications. These include SKY660x-11 and SKY6618x-11 linear power amplifiers. The SKY660x-11 power amplifiers meet the stringent spectral linearity requirements of WCDMA femtocell applications with high power-added efficiency. The SKY6618x-11 linear power amplifiers require minimal external components and support all 3GPP bands.
