Silergy SY20611 Synchronous Step Down Regulator

Silergy SY20611 Synchronous Step Down Regulator is a high-efficiency 3MHz frequency, 1.2A converter that integrates an inductor and a control IC in a compact QFN2.5x2-8 package. This regulator features a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range, 230mΩ/150mΩ low RDS(ON) for internal switches (top/bottom), and 100% dropout operation. The SY20611 synchronous step-down regulator integrates an inductor to minimize the external components and PCB layout design. This regulator includes internal soft-start limits for the inrush current and output auto discharge function. The SY20611 step-down regulator is RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. Typical applications include mobile phones, smartphones, BLUETOOTH® headsets, WiMAX PDA, MID, UMPC, portable game consoles, digital cameras, and camcorders.
