Semtech Ethernet ESD Protection Solutions
Semtech Ethernet Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection Solutions deliver comprehensive board-level protection for Ethernet interfaces ranging from 10/100/1000 Base-T through Gigabit, 2.5G, and 10G Ethernet. These solutions protect sensitive components connected to high-speed data and transmission lines from ESD-induced overvoltage. The Ethernet ESD protection solutions offer fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage, and no device degradation, ensuring signal integrity is preserved across all Ethernet speed grades. These solutions use solid-state silicon avalanche technology and are available in compact SOD-323 and SOT-23 packages. The Ethernet ESD protection solutions are Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS/WEEE compliant. Typical applications include industrial Ethernet, automotive Ethernet, DOCSIS modems, Thunderbolt™, LVDS interfaces, notebooks, desktops, and servers.
