Nisshinbo RN5T568C Power Management ICs

Nisshinbo RN5T568C Power Management ICs (PMIC) manage the power flow from various power sources and include custom one-time programmable (OTP) features for initial output voltage setting and start-up sequencing. The series offers a two-wire I2C bus interface bus operating at 400kHz and 3.4MHz frequency. The ICs provide additional controls, such as turning individual output voltages on or off and adjusting the DC-DC converter output voltage levels by software. The RN5T568 ICs contain four buck DC/DC converters with dynamic voltage scaling (DVS) and seven LDO regulators. Additional features include voltage detectors, four-channel GPIO, thermal shutdown, watchdog timer, undervoltage lockout, and interrupt control. This PMIC series is available in a QFN0707-48 package. Target applications are Arm® Cortex® processors, GPS/PND devices, set-top box devices, and industrial computer module boards.
