Richtek RTQ5756A Step-Down Converter

Richtek RTQ5756A Step-Down Converter is a synchronous converter with 4-phase capability and triple outputs with 2+1+1 phase. This converter, with an I2C interface, allows both multi-phase and single-phase operations. The RTQ5756A converter features a 2MHz and 2.2MHz typical switching frequency, fast transient response, and output Dynamic Voltage Scaling (DVS) with a programmable ramp-up/down slew rate. This converter supports a remote-sense function that ensures precise output voltage under heavy loads. The RTQ5756A converter offers programmable functions such as voltage level, voltage change slew rate, and soft-start slew rate. This converter operates from -40°C to 125°C temperature range and is available in the WL-CSP-54B 2.69x3.92 (BSC) package. The RTQ5756A converter is used in applications such as I/O power, low-power processors, optical modules, OTT devices, and storage systems.
