pSemi PE42448 UltraCMOS+™ SP4T RF Switch

pSemi PE42448 UltraCMOS+™ SP4T RF Switch uses pSemi's UltraCMOS+ RF platform, delivering a monolithic and simple solution to complex switch architectures and system lineups. The compact, reliable switch covers 10MHz to 6GHz with 52dBm PMAX, PEAK, expanding pSemi's RF switch portfolio by nearly breaking the 90dBm IIP3 barrier. The HaRP™ technology-enhanced SP4T RF switch offers high linearity and low insertion loss in a 20-lead 4mm x 4mm LGA form factor. Ease-of-use features include a simple power-up and power-down sequence and one logic control for two pairs of PE42448s. This SP4T RF switch is manufactured on pSemi's UltraCMOS+ process, a patented advanced form of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology. Applications include hybrid analog beamforming, 5G massive multiple-input, multiple-output (MIMO), test and measurement (T&M), land mobile radio (LMR), and 4G/4.5G TD-LTE macro/micro cell/remote radio head (RRH).
