Panasonic Industrial Devices AQV PhotoMOS® Relays offer high capacity with up to 3.5A load current and up to 1.5kVAC/1.5kVDC load voltage. The MOSFET-enabled solid-state relays feature low off-state leakage current and stable on-resistance over the component lifetime.
