onsemi Thermal Management Monitors, Controls, and Sensors include the ADT7476. The ADT7476 dBCOOL^® Fan Controller can drive a fan using either a low or high-frequency drive signal. This device can monitor the temperature of up to two remote sensor diodes plus each device's own internal temperature.
