onsemi NV250x0WF Automotive Grade-1 EEPROMs

onsemi NV250x0WF Automotive Grade-1 EEPROM is a device with a 16/32-byte page write buffer and supports SPI protocol. These EEPROMs feature serial 1/2/4/8Kb SPI and offer (0,0) and (1,1) SPI modes. The NV250x0WF EEPROMs feature a self-timed write cycle, hardware and software protection, block write protection, and low-power CMOS technology. These EEPROMs are internally organized as 128x8 / 256x8 / 512x8 / 1024x8-bits. The NV250x0WF EEPROMs are available in a wettable flank 8-pad UDFN8 package.
