onsemi NCP134 500mA VLDO Regulators

onsemi NCP134 500mA Very Low Dropout (VLDO) Regulators deliver stable, accurate output voltage with low noise, making them suitable for space-constrained, noise-sensitive applications. The NCP134 components also offer low IQ consumption to optimize performance for battery-operated portable applications. onsemi NCP134 500mA VLDO devices feature an NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS). These CMOS voltage regulators are available in a compact XDFN-4 package that is RoHS compliant and free of lead, halogen, and brominated flame retardants (BFRs).
