onsemi Hyperlux AR0823AT 2.1µm 8.3MP CMOS Digital Image Sensor features a 1/1.8" optical format and 3840 x 2160 (H x V) active-pixel array. The module includes support for full-resolution 150dB ultra-high dynamic range (HDR) and LED flicker mitigation (LFM). The HDR+LFM combination enables the AR0823AT to capture high-quality images under extreme lighting conditions without sacrificing lowlight sensitivity. The LFM feature also ensures that pulsed light sources do not appear to flicker, preventing flicker-induced machine vision issues. A dual-output data path can be used to send both 8MP and scaled or windowed images simultaneously for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and viewing applications, eliminating the need for two cameras.

onsemi Hyperlux AR0823AT 2.1µm 8.3MP CMOS Image Sensor has integrated flexible functions such as smart ROI, binning, and windowing, and it can achieve 60 frames per second (fps) in full resolution. The sensor is designed following ASIL-D standards, and the sophisticated real-time safety mechanisms and fault detection features on the module exceed ASIL-B hardware metrics. The AR0823AT caters to both sensing and viewing camera applications.
