NXP Semiconductors CLRC663 Plus NFC Frontend
NXP Semiconductor CLRC663 Plus is a high-performance, multi-protocol NFC Frontend offering full RF standard compliance. The CLRC663 Plus operates from a power supply voltage as low as 2.5V for battery-powered systems more efficient. The CLRC663 Plus features an extended temperature range from -40 to +105°C, so it's an ideal choice for applications that need to operate under challenging conditions or in industrial environments. The CLRC663 Plus offers a maximum operating transmitter current of 350mA with a limiting value of 500mA. The high current improves performance by compensating for losses in the RF field, such as those introduced by the nearby presence of metals. Other NXP Semiconductor CLRC663 Plus features that will enhance performance while increasing flexibility include support for ISO/IEC 15693 NFC Forum T5T reads and integrated support for MIFARE® (Crypto 1), and advanced waveform control for overshoot protection. A compact HVQFN32 (5mm x 5mm x 0.85mm) package with wettable flanks makes it easier to see if the package of the CLRC663 Plus is successfully soldered to the PCB so that post-assembly inspection is simpler, faster, and more efficient.Features
