NXP Semiconductors LPC32x0 ARM9™ Microcontroller ( MCU ) series delivers high performance, high integration, and low power consumption. These NXP devices are built around a 90nm, 208MHz ARM926EJ-S CPU core, and include a Vector Floating Point coprocessor that increases the speed of typical calculations by a factor of four to five in scalar mode and by even more in optimized vector mode. The MCU series features advanced process technology and best-in-class power management. A seven-layer 32-bit 104MHz AHB matrix provides a separate bus for each of seven AHB masters.Features
