Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM54313 16V Triple 3A Power Modules

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM54313 16V Triple 3A Power Modules are fully integrated power modules with three 3A outputs with an I2C interface. The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM54313 modules include power-on/-off sequencing control, configurable soft start, compensation, and various protection thresholds. The devices' constant-on-time (COT) control ensures a fast transient response. The output voltage (VOUT) can be adjusted using the I2C bus or preset via multiple-time programmable (MTP) memory. The power on/off sequence is also configurable through MTP or controllable via the I2C bus in real-time.
