MACOM CMPA2735075F GaN MMIC

MACOM CMPA2735075F MMIC is a gallium nitride (GaN) high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) based on monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs). The MMIC contains a two-stage, reactively matched amplifier design that achieves wide bandwidths. The MACOM CMPA2735075F series provides a 75W peak output power, a 28V operating voltage, and a frequency range of 2.7GHz to 3.5GHz. The GaN technology provides higher breakdown voltage, higher saturated electron drift velocity, and higher thermal conductivity. The module is available in a 0.5" square screw-down package.
