Luminus Devices SST-06-IRD Dual Junction Infrared LED features low thermal resistance and built-in ESD protection with 810nm centroid wavelength. This infrared LED features an 80-degree viewing angle. Luminus Devices SST-06-IRD LED is suitable for all SMT assembly methods. This infrared LED is stored at -40°C to +100°C. The SST-06-IRD LED function with 1A forward current, 4W power dissipation, and 5V reverse voltage. This infrared LED also functions at 2.8V to 3.4V forward voltage range. The SST-05-IR LED is ideal for machine vision, surveillance systems, iris and face recognition, license plate scanning, automotive sensing, and night vision.
