Luminus Devices SBT-10X-UV Surface Mount LEDs

Luminus Devices SBT-10X-UV Surface Mount LEDs are high-power UV LEDs with 385nm, 395nm, and 405nm peak wavelength and 120° viewing angle. These LEDs offer UVX technology, enabling ultra-high power density operation up to 4A. The SBT-10X-UV surface mount LEDs single-color are REACH, RoHS, and Halogen compliant. These LEDs are colorless lenses and 1.09mm x 1.09mm. The SBT-10X-UV surface mount LEDs come in an industry-standard 3.5mm x 3.5mm package. These LEDs operate at 1A forward current, up to 3.7V forward voltage, and 125°C maximum junction temperature. The SBT-10X-UV surface mount LEDs are ideally used in 3D printing, maskless lithography, and diagnostics.
