Littelfuse LTKAK6 & LTKAK10 TVS Diodes
Littelfuse LTKAK6 and LTKAK10 TVS Diodes provide 6KA and 10KA surge capability in an SMT package, offering a more compact PCB layout than typical through-hole AK TVS components. The LTKAK6 and LTKAK10 diodes offer superior clamping characteristics over standard SAD technologies due to Littelfuse Foldbak™ technology. The technology provides a clamping voltage that is lower than the avalanche voltage but above the rated working voltage. Any voltage rise caused by increased current conduction is contained to a minimum, providing the best possible protection level. Littelfuse LTKAK6 and LTKAK10 TVS Diodes can be connected in series and/or parallel to create flexible protection solutions.
