Laird Technologies Tputty™ SF560 1-Part Dispensable Gap Fillers are designed to offer thermal conductivity of 5.6W/mK, along with superior thermal resistance. These gap fillers' silicone-free formulation and ultra-soft properties make it suitable for all automotive applications. The Tputty™ SF560 gap fillers are easily reworkable and meet RoHS and REACH requirements. Typical applications include automotive display and infotainment, semiconductors, power electronics (IGBT, MOSFET), consumer electronics, Telecommunication, and optical fiber.
