Kontron VX3908 10G/40G/50G Ethernet L2/L3 Network Switch
Kontron VX3908 10G/40G/50G Ethernet L2/L3 Network Switch is engineered for durability in harsh environments and offers superior bandwidth and communication safety, ideal for long-term programs. This robust, fully managed layer-2 and -3 switch with 1/10/40/50 Gigabit Ethernet capabilities supports up to 12x 10GBASE-KR ports on the VPX backplane with a standard configuration of 6x 10GBASE-KR and 1x 1000BASE-T ports. Additional multiple port combinations are available for networking flexibility. Kontron VX3908 10G/40G/50G Ethernet L2/L3 Network Switch provides remote monitoring and configuration for seamless management via network or serial interfaces.
Other features include IPv4/IPv6 forwarding, routing, VLANs, Quality of Service (QoS), spanning tree protocols, time synchronization per IEEE802.1AS and IEEE1588, Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) readiness, intelligent health management, and Ethernet bridging and routing protocols.
This 3U VPX Gigabit Ethernet switch is designed to meet the demands of modern networking applications, such as transportation, military, aerospace, and harsh environments.
