Guerrilla RF GRF2583 Low-Noise Amplifier
Guerrilla RF GRF2583 Low-Noise Amplifier is a two-stage GaAs pHEMT amplifier designed to operate with a single 5V supply voltage and 52mA Quiescent current. The second stage is bypassed with an independent control pin, allowing the device to support 27.2dB high and 15.2dB low gain modes. This amplifier features flexible biasing that provides latitude for linearity optimization and 50Ω single-ended input and output impedances. The GRF2583 amplifier is used in automotive V2X band, n47 front ends and compensators, and high-performance RF infrastructure.Features
