EPC EPC90140 GaN-Based Half-Bridge Eval Board
Efficient Power Conversion (EPC) EPC90140 GaN-Based Half-Bridge Evaluation Board is easy to set up as a buck or boost converter to evaluate the performance of two EPC2304 eGaN® FETs. This half-bridge development board with onboard gate drive features the 200V-rated EPC2304 eGaN FET and measures 2" x 2". The various probe points are designed to streamline simple waveform measurement and efficiency calculation. The EPC90140 board from EPC simplifies the evaluation of the EPC2304 by including all the critical components on a single board and can be easily connected to most existing converter topologies. The board layout also supports optimal switching performance.
