CEL CBT250 BLE/NFC Modules
CEL CBT250 BLE/NFC Modules are combo devices with integrated ARM CortexTM-M4 MCU cores, which utilize the NXP QN9090 SoC. These BLUETOOTH® Low Energy (BLE) and Near Field Communication (NFC) modules support BLE v5.0 while hosting the end-user application. The CBT250 modules feature 640kB of SoC-integrated program flash with an additional 8Mb of on-module flash to support OTA FW updates and data logging. The CBT250 BLE/NFC modules also feature 10dBm RF input power, 260⁰C reflow soldering temperature, and a -40°C to 125⁰C storage temperature range. Typical applications include industrial, building automation, HVAC, connected home, smart energy, security systems, C and I lighting controls, and medicals.Features
