Banner Engineering TL70 Pro Tower Lights

Banner Engineering TL70 Pro Tower Lights offer multiple communication options and easily integrate into systems to deliver fully customized, dynamic indications throughout a facility. The modular design of the TL70 Pro Tower Lights easily scales from one to six segments, with up to five multicolor light segments and an audible segment, to communicate information such as equipment status, call for action or parts, and full bin indication. The Banner TL70 Pro Tower Light series offers 14 colors plus multiple animation and audible options. These options give system designers nearly limitless abilities to communicate machine information in real time. This series lets the user control dynamic indications and audible alerts using a choice of interfaces: Modbus RTU, IO-Link, Ethernet communication via EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFINET, and more.

Features

  • Control dynamic indication and audible alerts using a choice of models
    • Modbus RTU integrates into Banner’s Snap Signal ecosystem for easy equipment monitoring and status communication without a PLC
    • Ethernet communication via EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, or PROFINET takes advantage of industrial Ethernet’s high bandwidth and scalability using separate data and power connections
    • Power over Ethernet (PoE) via with EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, or PROFINET eliminates the need for a separate power supply by using one cordset connected to a PoE-equipped Ethernet switch
    • IO-Link provides almost unlimited custom configuration options, with nearly infinite RGB-blended colors plus advanced animations like run and level modes that provide dynamic response to changing machine conditions
  • Expand what is visually communicated via tower lights by using multicolor light segments with animations including flash, strobe, rotate, and more
  • Lets users construct the exact tower light needed for an application with a modular design, scaling easily from one segment up to six segments
  • Combines sound with visual notifications to bring greater awareness to people working near equipment by adding an audible segment with selectable tones and intensities

Applications

  • Safety
  • Machine status monitoring
  • Production flow monitoring
