Atmosic Technologies ATM34/e SoCs
Atmosic Technologies ATM34/e SoCs offer extremely low-power BLUETOOTH® 6.0 SoCs with an energy harvesting option. These SoCs integrate Bluetooth 6.0 compliant radios with an Arm® Cortex® M33F application processor, RAM, ROM, NVM, Arm® TrustZone® security, and state-of-the-art power management. The ATM34/e SoCs deliver the maximum battery life in battery-operated devices. These SoCs are designed to extend battery life for IoT devices, as the radio consumes only 0.95mA in receive and 2.5mA in transmit at 0dBm. The ATM34/e SoCs support low-duty cycle operation, enabling systems to run for significantly longer periods without battery replacement. They also support operation from energy-harvesting sources, including photovoltaic and motion, and innovative wake-up mechanisms to further reduce power consumption. Typical applications include asset tracking, industrial IoT sensors, asset trackers and tags, remote monitors, and security.
