Apogee Semiconductor AF54RHC804 Rad-Hard 8-channel Level Translator

Apogee Semiconductor AF54RHC804 Rad-Hard 8-channel Level Translator is a member of the AF54RHC logic family. This translator can operate across the 1.65VDC to 5.5VDC supply voltage range on both supply voltage inputs, VCCA and VCCY. The AF54RHC804 translator consists of an output enable control pin that allows the outputs to be placed in a high impedance (high-Z) state. The outputs are placed in high impedance when VCCA input is not present. This ensures that no loading or leakage paths are experienced at the output nodes when the input rail is not powered.

The AF54RHC804 translator delivers high resiliency to Single-Event Effects (SEE) and 300krad (Si) Total Ionizing Dose (TID). This translator supports zero-power penalty cold-sparing and class 2 ESD protection (4000V HBM and 500V CDM). The AF54RHC804 translator features a triple-redundant design across the circuit, which allows the device to be immune to Single-Event Transients (SET). This AF54RHC804 translator is used in deep space exploration, nuclear imaging, voltage translation, medical imaging, and GEO satellites.
