Analog Devices Inc. LT1461 Micropower Precision LDO Voltage References
Analog Devices LT1461 Micropower Precision Low Dropout Series Voltage References combine very high accuracy and low drift with low supply current and high output drive. The LT1461 uses advanced curvature compensation techniques to obtain low-temperature coefficients and trimmed precision thin-film resistors to achieve high output accuracy. The Voltage References draw only 35μA of supply current, making them ideal for low-power and portable applications. Additionally, the devices have a high 50mA output drive making them suitable for higher power requirements, such as precision regulators.A dropout voltage of less than 300mV ensures maximum battery life while maintaining full reference performance in low power applications. The shutdown feature can be used to switch full load currents and can be used for system power down. The Voltage References provide a thermal shutdown that protects the part from overload conditions and is available in 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V 4.096V, and 5V options.
