3M 8KDx Twin Axial PCIe Extender Assemblies

3M 8KDx Twin Axial PCI Express (PCIe^©) Extender Assemblies offer speeds of up to 32GT/s per lane and a bandwidth of up to 64GB/s for x16 systems. These assemblies feature high-speed data transmission, 30AWG signal wire size, thin ribbon cable construction, and continuous longitudinal shielding. The thin ribbon cable construction allows easy routing and cable management, and continuous longitudinal shielding offers high-bandwidth and resonance-free SI performance. The 3M 8KDx extender assemblies come with flexible, foldable, and thin twin axial ribbon cables that can be folded back on themselves at extremely tight bend radii. The assemblies include x8, x16, straddle-mount, and surface-mount versions with PCIe CEM and PCIe Card Edge form factor. The 8KDx extender assemblies help maximize airflow for cooler operation and provide broad system design possibilities for PCIe 5.0 (85Ω) applications, including flexible riser cable assemblies.
