Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVQ5077A-G-01A Evaluation Board is designed for the MPQ5077A load switch with current limiting. The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ5077A supports 7A load protection over a 1.2V to 5.5V input voltage range, offering a compact solution for automotive infotainment, clusters, and ADAS applications. Current limiting is achieved using a sensing FET topology, with the limit set by an external resistor connected to the ILIM pin. The EVQ5077A-G-01A delivers a continuous 7A current within the 1.2V to 5.5V range. The MPQ5077A comes in a small QFN13 (2.5mm x 3mm) package and meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standards.
