Texas Instruments TPSM8F7620EVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments TPSM8F7620EVM Evaluation Module is designed to evaluate the TPSM8F7x20 4A and 6A pin-to-pin-compatible buck converters in a small 7mm x 12mm overmolded BGA package. This module features 400kHz to 2.2MHz adjustable frequency or an external clock, 3V to 17V input voltage range, and a 0.6V to 11V output voltage range. The TPSM8F7620EVM module supports versatile multiphase (stacking up to 4 x channels) and multioutput configuration. This module provides selectable internal or external compensation. Typical applications include test and measurement and aerospace and defense.
