Stackpole Electronics RMHT Thick-Film Automotive-Grade Chip Resistors
Stackpole Electronics RMHT Thick-Film Automotive-Grade High-Temperature Chip Resistors are designed for harsh-environment applications that require stable, full-power operation up to +105°C. These Stackpole chip resistors are available in 0402, 0603, and 0805 case sizes with resistance values ranging from 1Ω to 300KΩ. These resistors also offer tolerance options of 0.5%, 1%, and 5% and temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) ratings of ±100ppm or ±200ppm. The series features AEC-Q200-qualified performance, anti-sulfur robustness per EIA-977, and 100% automated optical inspection (AOI). The RMHT series offers a reliable option for designs exposed to elevated temperatures and challenging operating environments, including demanding automotive, industrial, construction, and commercial electronic systems.
